By using Timetable Creator, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Timetable Creator provides a free, browser-based tool for creating, editing, managing, and sharing weekly timetables and schedules. The Service includes features such as:

• Drag-and-drop timetable grid editor
• PDF and PNG export functionality
• Preset timetable templates
• Dark and light mode themes
• LocalStorage-based auto-save
• URL-based timetable sharing

3. Eligibility

The Service is available to users of all ages. No account registration is required. By using the Service, you confirm that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Service for lawful, personal, educational, or professional purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service.
• Use automated bots to interact with the Service.
• Reproduce, resell, or redistribute the Service or its source code without permission.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels from the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All design, code, templates, and content of the Timetable Creator Service (excluding user-generated timetable content) are the intellectual property of Timetable Creator. Timetable data you create and input is yours — we claim no ownership over content you generate using the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Data stored in LocalStorage will never be lost (e.g., due to browser clearing).
• The Service will be compatible with all browsers or devices.
• Export outputs (PDF/PNG) will be identical across all systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Timetable Creator and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including loss of timetable data stored in LocalStorage.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important timetable data using the Download JSON Backup or export features.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service loads resources from third-party CDNs (Tailwind CSS, Font Awesome, Google Fonts, html2canvas, jsPDF). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of these third-party services.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of this Service shall be resolved in accordance with applicable local laws.
